- Annual results will not be disclosed on 30 April as previously announced

Stodir (FL Group hf.) will not disclose its annual results 2008 on 30 April as previously announced. With referral to Article 56, paragraph 2 of Act no. 108/2007 on Securities Transactions, companies that only have debt securities admitted to trading on a regulated market with denomination per unit at least 50,000 EUR face value on date of issue, do not need to disclose its financial statements on the Stock Exchange.
