- Notice - Composition Process

Thorsteinn Einarsson, Supreme Court Attorney, at Forum Law Office, the supervisor of the composition procedure of Stodir (FL Group hf.) published the enclosed notice in the Law and Ministerial Gazette yesterday: "Notice - Composition Process With an order of the District Court of ReykjavÍk, Iceland, which was read on the 6th of April 2009, FL Group hf. (Stodir), reg. no. 601273-0129, Sidumuli 24, Reykjavik, was given permission to seek composition with its creditors. I hereby call upon the debtor's creditors who consider themselves in possession of composition claims, According to Paragraph 1, Article 29 of Act no 21/1991, to declare them to the composition agent within four weeks from when the notice is first published. The notice shall be sent to the undersigned offices at Adalstraeti 6, 5th Floor, Reykjavik, Iceland. A meeting for voting on a debtor's composition proposal will be held in the meeting room of the Icelandic Lawyers' Association, which resides at Álftamýri 9, Reykjavík, Iceland, on Tuesday, the 26th of May 2009, at 14:00 p.m. Reykjavik, 8 April 2009 Thorsteinn Einarsson hrl."
