Flutter Entertainment plc (“Flutter”)

Listing of new Flutter shares

Flutter announces that at 8 a.m. on 13 May 2020, 819,230 new Flutter ordinary shares will be admitted to the premium listing of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the Official List of Euronext Dublin and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market for listed securities and the Euronext Dublin Market.

The issuance will be made as consideration for the acquisition by Flutter of the remaining interest of TSG Australia Pty Ltd, and related matters, as further described in paragraph 5.1 of Part II(B) of the prospectus published by Flutter on 27 March 2020.
