Paddy Power Betfair plc (the "Company")

Block Listing and Additional Listing Applications

A block listing application has been made, in aggregate, for 224,000 ordinary shares of Eur0.09 each in the Company, pursuant to (i) the Betfair Group plc Deferred Share Incentive Plan; (ii) the Paddy Power Betfair plc 2015 Medium Term Incentive Plan; and (iii) the Paddy Power Betfair plc 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan to be admitted to (i) listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to the secondary listing segment of Euronext Dublin as an overseas company; and (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities and Euronext Dublin's Main Securities Market.

A listing application has also been made, in aggregate, for 115,200 ordinary shares of Eur0.09 each in the Company, pursuant to the exercise of share options, to be admitted to (i) listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to the secondary listing segment of Euronext Dublin as an overseas company; and (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities and Euronext Dublin's Main Securities Market. 115,200 ordinary shares of Eur0.09 each were allotted pursuant to The Betfair Share Option Agreement.

Admission is expected to become effective on 30 August 2018.

When issued all of the above shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
