Paddy Power Betfair plc (the "Company")

Additional Listing Application

A listing application has been made, in aggregate, for 4,078 ordinary shares of Eur0.09 each in the Company, pursuant to the exercise of share options, to be admitted to (i) listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to the secondary listing segment of the Irish Stock Exchange as an overseas company; and (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities and the Irish Stock Exchange's Main Securities Market.

3,865 ordinary shares of Eur0.09 each were allotted pursuant to the Betfair Group plc 2009 Long Term Incentive Plan and 213 ordinary shares of Eur0.09 each were allotted pursuant to the Betfair Group Limited Stakeholder Plan.

These shares are fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to occur at 8am on 18 March 2016.
