Notice of 2015 Preliminary Results

Paddy Power Betfair plc ('the Company') will issue its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2015 on 8 March 2016 at 7am.   The Company will host a conference call for institutional investors and analysts on the same date at 9:30am.

As the merger of Paddy Power plc ('Paddy Power') and Betfair Group plc ('Betfair') completed in February 2016, the preliminary results will represent the 2015 performance of Paddy Power alone and exclude the effect of the merger. The announcement will also include Betfair third quarter results for the three months ending 31 January 2016, representing the period immediately prior to completion of the merger, and Proforma 2015 information for the combined Group for the year ended 31 December 2015.
