On September 17, 2018, The Stars Group Inc. (the “Corporation”) filed a Business Acquisition Report (the “BAR”) on SEDAR at www.sedar.com with respect to a subsidiary of the Corporation’s acquisition of Sky Betting & Gaming on July 10, 2018. On the same date, the Corporation issued a news release announcing the same and providing certain supplemental information (the “Release”). Copies of the BAR and the Release are each attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
