Paddy Power Betfair plc (the "Company")
Block Listing Application

A block listing application has been made, in aggregate, for 145,450 ordinary shares of Eur0.09 each in the Company, pursuant to (i) the Paddy Power Betfair plc 2015 Deferred Share Incentive Plan; (ii) the Paddy Power Betfair plc Sharesave Scheme; and (iii) the Paddy Power Executive Share Option Scheme, to be admitted to (i) listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to the secondary listing segment of the Irish Stock Exchange as an overseas company; and (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities and the Irish Stock Exchange's Main Securities Market.

Admission is expected to become effective on Tuesday, 25 April 2017.

When issued these shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
