Completion of accelerated acquisition of approximately 37.2% of the issued and outstanding units of FanDuel Group Parent LLC from Fastball Holdings LLC (the "Acquisition")

Further to yesterday’s announcement of the results of the extraordinary general meeting of Flutter held to approve the Acquisition, Flutter announces that completion of the Acquisition has occurred.
