On March 27, 2020, The Stars Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release (the “Release”) announcing, among other things, details regarding the Company's Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held on April 24, 2020 and an update on its proposed combination with Flutter Entertainment plc and its board of directors.
