On May 23, 2017, Amaya Inc. (“the Company”) issued a news release announcing, among other things, the nomination of Mr. Peter Murphy and Ms. Mary Turner as director nominees to stand for election at the Company’s annual and special meeting of shareholders to be held on June 21, 2017. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
