On May 31, 2017, Amaya Inc. issued a news release announcing that it made the final payment on the balance of the deferred purchase price for its acquisition of the Rational Group in August 2014. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
