On May 16, 2016, Amaya Inc. (the “Company”) announced, among other things, its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2016 and issued a news release regarding the same (the “Release”). On the same date, the Company filed on SEDAR at www.sedar.com its (i) Unaudited Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the three months ended March 31, 2016 (the “Q1 Financial Statements”), (ii) Management’s Discussion and Analysis thereon (the “Q1 MD&A”), (iii) Chief Executive Officer Certification of Interim Filings, dated May 16, 2016 (the “CEO Certification”), and (iv) Chief Financial Officer Certification of Interim Filings, dated May 16, 2016 (the “CFO Certification”).
