On October 18, 2016, Amaya Inc. issued two news releases, one providing an update from its Special Committee regarding, among other things, the completion of its strategic alternatives review, and the other providing certain preliminary results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2016 and full year 2016 financial guidance.
