On September 14, 2015, Amaya Inc. issued a news release announcing the termination of the automatic share purchase plan, which it had entered into on June 1, 2015 for the purpose of facilitating repurchases of its common shares under its TSX-approved normal course issuer bid (the “NCIB”), and that the NCIB would remain in effect pursuant to the terms thereof. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
