Changes to the Flutter Board of Directors

Further to the announcements made by the Company on 21 October 2022 and 15 December 2022, Jonathan Hill took up the position of Group Chief Operating Officer with effect from 20 March 2023 having previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Flutter now confirms that Jonathan Hill stepped down from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held yesterday on 27 April 2023.

The remuneration arrangements for Jonathan Hill were set out in the 2022 Directors' Remuneration Report. Such arrangements are in line with the Remuneration Policy approved by shareholders at the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
