Changes to the Flutter Board of Directors
Flutter Entertainment plc is pleased to confirm that, as announced on 27 April 2023, John Bryant has been appointed as Chair of the Flutter Board and Chair of the Nomination Committee effective on 1 September 2023, succeeding Gary McGann who stepped down from the Board on 31 August 2023.
Commenting, John Bryant said: "I would like to thank Gary for his excellent stewardship of the Flutter Board during his tenure as Chair and previously as Non-Executive Director. His expertise, professionalism and commitment are greatly appreciated and on behalf of the Board, I wish Gary well in the future."
