Pursuant to paragraph 6.1.67(2) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules and Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) of the FCA Listing Rules, the Company hereby announces that Zillah Byng Thorne has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd with effect from 1 November 2022. Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Limited is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Further to the announcement on 22 February 2022, Flutter confirms that Zillah Byng-Thorne, having served nine years on the Board, will step down from the Board with effect from 31 January 2023.
