Flutter announces the following changes to the membership of its Board Committees with effect from 1 July 2022:
(i) Nancy Dubuc to step down as a member of the Workforce Engagement Committee and Atif Rafiq be appointed as a member of the Workforce Engagement Committee; and
(ii) Carolan Lennon be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Workforce Engagement Committee.
