Changes to the Flutter Board of Directors

29 April 2021

Further to the announcement on 25 February 2021, Flutter confirms that Divyesh ("Dave") Gadhia and Peter Rigby have stepped down as Non-Executive Directors of Flutter with effect from the conclusion of the Company’s annual general meeting (“AGM”) held earlier today.

In addition, Nancy Dubuc has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from the conclusion of the AGM. As previously announced, the appointment of Holly Koeppel as a Non-Executive Director will take effect from 13 May 2021.

With effect from 29 April 2021, Andrew Higginson has been appointed as Chair of Flutter’s Remuneration Committee and Gary McGann has been appointed as Chair of Flutter’s Nomination Committee.

Remuneration Arrangements on Ceasing to Hold Office

Dave Gadhia and Peter Rigby will receive outstanding Non-Executive Director fees for the period to 29 April 2021.
