Establishment of Workforce Engagement Committee and changes to Board Committee Composition

16 June 2021

Flutter is pleased to announce the establishment of a new Committee of the Board for the purposes of workforce engagement (the “Workforce Engagement Committee”) with effect from 15 June 2021.

The Workforce Engagement Committee will replace the Employee Voice Forum previously established by Flutter for the purposes of employee engagement in accordance with the recommendations of the 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code.

Gary McGann, Chair, commented: “As a diverse international Group, we recognise the important role our workforce plays in our success. The establishment of the new Workforce Engagement Committee will provide a clear basis for the Board to listen to the views of our workforce and have regard to these views in the Board’s decision-making process”.

In addition, Flutter announces the following changes to the membership of its Board Committees with effect from 15 June 2021:

Holly Keller Koeppel has been appointed a member of the Audit Committee, Risk Committee and Nomination Committee;

Nancy Dubuc has been appointed a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee;

Nancy Cruickshank has stepped down as a member of the Audit Committee and has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; and

Mary Turner (Chair), Nancy Cruickshank, Nancy Dubuc and Richard Flint have been appointed members of the Workforce Engagement Committee.
