Board Committee Changes

Flutter Entertainment plc announces the following changes to the membership of its Board Committees with effect from today:

Andrew Higginson, Independent Non-Executive Director has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR9.6.11R and LR9.6.14R.
