Flutter hereby announces that, effective from 31 December 2020, Ian Dyson will step down as a Non-Executive Director of Flutter.

Gary McGann, Chair of Flutter, commented: "I wish to take this opportunity to thank Ian for his outstanding contribution to the Board over the past 10 years. Ian’s experience has been particularly valuable to the Board in the unprecedented circumstances created by the Covid-19 pandemic. We wish him well for the future”.

Remuneration Arrangements on Ceasing to Hold Office

Ian Dyson will receive outstanding Non-Executive Director fees for the period to 31 December 2020.
