Appointment of a new Non-Executive Director
The Group is pleased to announce that Nancy Cruickshank will be appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Group immediately following our Annual General Meeting today.
Nancy is Senior Vice President at Carlsberg A/S leading the Digital Business Transformation programme and a member of the Carlsberg Group executive team, a position she has held since 2018. She is also a non-executive director of OnMobile, an Indian listed mobile entertainment provider, and Bango, an AIM-listed mobile internet payments company. Prior to this, Nancy worked in the digital industry for over twenty years holding several senior executive roles including at Conde Nast, British Sky Broadcasting Group plc and Telegraph Media Group. Nancy is a serial entrepreneur, most recently being a co-founder of Myshowcase.com.
Commenting on her appointment, Gary McGann, Chair of Paddy Power Betfair, said "We are delighted to welcome Nancy as a Non-Executive Director. She brings with her a wealth of digital and non-executive director expertise combined with her entrepreneurial spirit and will serve as a great addition to the Board."
