Directorate Change

The Company hereby announces that Danuta Gray, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has informed the Board of her intention not to stand for re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 17 May 2017 and to step down as a Director and member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee from that date.

Danuta joined the Paddy Power plc Board as a Non-Executive Director in January 2013 and continued to be on the Board of Paddy Power Betfair plc from February 2016 following the completion of the Merger.

Gary McGann, Chairman of Paddy Power Betfair, commented: "I would like to thank Danuta for her valuable contribution to our Board over the past four years. As part of ongoing succession planning of the Board and its Committees, the Nomination Committee has already commissioned a search for prospective new Non-Executive Directors and this is well-advanced."
