SUB: NOTICE FOR CLOSURE OF TRADING WINDOW

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time read with BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2[nd] April, 2019 and Company’s Internal Code of procedure and Conduct; All the Directors, KMP’s, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives may deal in the shares of the company on any working day during the trading hours as prescribed by the stock exchange (this shall be called “Trading window”) except during the closure of Trading Window.

The window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain close from 1[st] April, 2020 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Yearly and Quarterly Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year and quarter ended 31[st] March, 2020.
