Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD/PoD2/P/0155 dated 11[th] November, 2024, and based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Board of Directors of the Company has today i.e. 13[th] August, 2025 approved the appointment of Mr. Venugopal Bhongir as the head of design and development and designated as General Manager of the Company and will be categorized as the Senior Management Personnel as per the requirement of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
