Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 the Register of Members and Share transfer books shall remain closed from Wednesday, the September, 20[th] 2023 to Tuesday, the September, 26[th] 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the ensuing 47[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Tuesday, the 26[th] September, 2023 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC)/(OAVM) and ascertain the entitlement for payment of dividend @ Rs.4.50 (45%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the year 2022-23, if any, subject to approval by the members at their above said Annual General Meeting.
