On July 1, 2016, a temporary injunction was entered against James Reilly, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, in the matter of TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, Inc. vs. James Reilly. During the pendency of the temporary injunction, Mr. Reilly’s responsibilities as President and Chief Operating Officer will be temporarily assigned to the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Derek Dubner. This case is ongoing.
