Closing Date For Nomination of Directors

Fluence Corporation Limited (ASX: FLC) (the “Company”) advises, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and Clause 4.2(b) (i) of its Constitution, that its next Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 27 May 2021. An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors.
