Company Announcement to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority No. 26-2012, 19 May 2012

It has been reported in the international media that FLSmidth is negotiating a contract with Tanga Cement Company Limited (TCCL), Tanzania.

FLSmidth confirms that this information is correct. If and when the contract is finalised and becomes binding, we shall immediately inform the market.

FLSmidth is continuously negotiating many potential contracts on the global market. To be considered binding, such contracts require not only signing but also exchange of down payment and guarantees, etc.
