I henhold til lov om Værdipapirhandel § 29 har FLSmidth modtaget oplysning om, at ATPs (ATP, AES samt SUPP) samlede beholdning af FLSmidth & Co. A/S aktier nu er mindre end 5% af den samlede nominelle aktiekapital i FLSmidth & Co. A/S.
