NOTICE OF 2024 ANNUAL RESULTS AND PRESENTATIONS

Notice of annual results

The Group's results for the year ended 31 December 2024 are scheduled to be published on Wednesday, 9 April 2025 via the Regulatory News Service (RNS).  A timetable of events relating to these results is as follows:-

FY24 Preliminary results announcement via RNS	07.00hrs, 9 April 2025
Publication of the 2024 Annual results & financial statements and uploaded to the Group website	w/c. 14 April
Distribution of the Financial statements, Notice of Meeting and Form of proxy to shareholders	early May
Annual General Meeting	11.00hrs, 17 June 2025
