Item 8.01 Other Events.

On February 23, 2021, Flowserve Corporation (the “Company”) filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020 (the “10-K”). The aggregate market value of the common stock held by non-affiliates of the Company, computed by reference to the closing price of the Company’s common stock as reported on June 30, 2020, was approximately $1,610,916,122. The Company incorrectly reported the prior year’s figure on the cover page of the 10-K. This report is being filed to correct this inadvertent error.
