RE: Flow Metals Corp.
I am an administrator for Endeavor Trust Corporation (“Endeavor”), which has been appointed by Flow Metals Corp. (the “Company”) to complete the mailing for the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on September 25, 2025.
On the 26th day of August, 2025, Endeavor mailed packages through Canada Post Corporation to each of the Company’s registered shareholders at the last address of each shareholder appearing on the register, excluding those holders who have had mail returned as undeliverable as of the close of business on August 11, 2025, a copy of the following:
