Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 16, 2020, Brad Bernstein resigned as the Company’s President and Founder and will leave his positions with the Company effective December 23, 2020. Mr. Bernstein will receive severance payments and other benefits in accordance with the terms of his employment agreement.
