MATERIAL INFORMATION

Following the announcement released on March 20, 2018, where the Company announced that has reached an agreement, together with its subsidiary Ramada Aços, S.A., to sell the share capital of its wholly owned subsidiary Ramada Storax, S.A. to the Averys Group, F. RAMADA - INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, S.A. hereby informs, under the terms and for the purposes of article 248-A of the Portuguese Securities Code, that the Competition Authority did not oppose to the mentioned transaction.

It is further informed that the completion of the transaction, according to the terms of the agreement reached, will occur until the end of May.
