On March 21, 2013, our board of directors determined that our 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) will be held on July 29, 2013, which is more than 30 days earlier than the anniversary of our 2012 AGM. In connection with setting the meeting date, we did not modify the deadline for the receipt of shareholder proposals submitted in accordance with SEC Rule 14a-8 for inclusion in our proxy materials relating to the 2013 AGM. In order to be considered timely, any such proposals would have had to have been received by us no later than March 15, 2013. Shareholder proposals submitted outside the processes of SEC Rule 14a-8 are subject to the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and applicable rules and regulations promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
