International, Inc. in the U.S. and Singapore,

Capital International Limited in the United Kingdom,

Capital International Sarl in Switzerland, Capital

International K.K. in Japan has on 10 February 2010

acquired 1,410,000 shares in Flex LNG, resulting in a

shareholding of 6,540,936 shares, amounting to

5.8015%.
