Fletcher Building Announces Executive Appointment

Auckland, 1 November 2024: Fletcher Building Ltd (the “Company”) today announced the appointment of Kylie Eagle to the role of Chief People Officer. Ms Eagle is an internal appointment, in line with Fletcher Building’s succession planning. She will report to the Group Chief Executive Officer as a member of the executive team with effect from 11 November 2024.

Ms Eagle joined Fletcher Building in 2021 and is currently General Manager, People and Performance for the Company’s Construction Division. She was formerly General Manager, People and Performance for the Company’s Concrete Division for three years. Prior to this, she held the role of General Manager of People & Communications for NZX-listed company, Kiwi Property Group, from 2013 to 2021.

Group Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Andrew Reding said: “Kylie is a proven executive leader who has made a significant impact at Fletcher Building over the past three years. She brings a wide and relevant skillset to her new role, with deep experience in enabling organisations to achieve performance and strategic goals. We are delighted to be able to appoint her to the role of CPO.”
