Fletcher Building appoints Group General Counsel and Company Secretary
Auckland, 23 July 2019: Fletcher Building today announces that it has appointed Andrew Clarke to the position of Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Chief Executive Ross Taylor said: “Andrew is a highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer and will be an asset to Fletcher Building.
“Andrew is relocating from Australia, where he has gained significant corporate legal experience in top tier private practices, as well as commercial and M&A skills gained in investment banking. Andrew has been Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Sydney-based ASX listed company, Origin Energy for the last 10 years. He joins the Company on 30 September 2019.
“Andrew will take over from Charles Bolt who has decided to leave the Company in late October to take on different challenges. Charles has been a valued member of our executive leadership team and we understand his desire to pursue opportunities outside the Company. I wish him all the very best for the future.”
