Fletcher Building announces changes to Executive Team
Auckland, 21 September 2017: Fletcher Building today announced the resignation of Kate Daly, Chief People and Communications Officer, from the Fletcher Building Executive Team.
Fletcher Building Interim CEO Francisco Irazusta said: “Kate joined Fletcher Building as the Group General Manager of Human Resources in June 2011, and since then has built a strong human resources function focused on leadership, talent, diversity, capability and building a highly engaged and high performing workforce.
“The leadership and diversity programmes developed under her leadership have been recognised both internationally and domestically.
“Kate will be joining the Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) as Director of People and Communications. After six years at Fletcher Building we understand her desire to explore new challenges, and I would like to thank Kate for her substantial contribution to the Company during her tenure and wish her every success in her new role with the BNZ.”
