FLETCHER BUILDING CONFIRMS CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Auckland, 19 February 2015 -

Fletcher Building advises that, further to the announcement on 18 November 2014 concerning the selection of Ernst & Young to provide audit services to the company and its subsidiaries (including Fletcher Building Industries Limited) in the future, KPMG has resigned as auditor of Fletcher Building. The company will shortly formally appoint Ernst & Young as its auditor.
