FLETCHER BUILDING APPOINTS NEW AUDITOR

Auckland, 18 November 2014

Following completion of a formal tender process, Fletcher Building Limited has selected Ernst & Young to provide external audit services to the company and its subsidiaries (including Fletcher Building Industries Limited) in the future. KPMG will continue as auditor until the appointment process is complete. It is expected the appointment of Ernst & Young will become effective during the first quarter of calendar 2015.

Fletcher Building chairman Sir Ralph Norris commented on the appointment:
