Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and Director Nominations

Auckland, 18 July 2016 - Fletcher Building advises that the 2016 annual shareholders' meeting will be held in the Great Hall, the Arts Centre of Christchurch, 2 Worcester Boulevard, Christchurch at 10.30am on Tuesday 18 October 2016.

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5 and clause 24 of the Company’s Constitution, the period for nomination of directors opens today Monday 18 July 2016 and will remain open until 5.00 pm on Sunday 18 September 2016.
