Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and Director Nominations

Auckland, 9 August 2017 - Fletcher Building advises that its 2017 annual shareholders' meeting will be held at the Auckland War Memorial Museum, Event Centre, Level 3, at 10.30am on Wednesday 25 October 2017.

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, the period for nomination of directors will remain open until 5.00 pm on Friday 25 August 2017.
