2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of Fletcher Building Limited
Auckland, 20 September 2021: We are pleased to invite noteholders to the 2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of Fletcher Building Limited on Tuesday, 19 October 2021 at 2.00pm NZT.
The Meeting will be held as an online meeting only, via the Computershare Meeting Platform. Please refer to the attached Online Meeting Guide for information on to how to attend.
Noteholders are welcome to attend the online meeting, however, please note that only shareholders or their proxies or (in the case of a corporate shareholder) representative are entitled to vote on the resolutions as outlined in the attached Notice of Meeting. Noteholders will not be entitled to vote on the resolutions.
A live recording of the meeting will be broadcast on www.fletcherbuilding.com/investor-centre/reports-presentations-and-webcasts.
