COMPLETION OF STRATEGIC ACQUISITION OF NORTHERN RV

Fleetwood Corporation Limited ACN 009 205 261 (ASX: FWD) ( Fleetwood ) is pleased to announce that it has today completed the acquisition of the business and assets of Northern RV ( NRV ), a Melbourne based caravan plumbing and electrical services and parts supplier, for $10 million (or 2.1 x FY18 EBITA) plus a potential earnout, which was announced to the ASX on 25 July 2018.

The completion of the acquisition of NRV is a significant milestone for Fleetwood and extends Camec’s reach into the key Campbellfield RV manufacturing market in Melbourne which will increase integration with Fleetwood’s important OEM customers in Melbourne.
