APOLLO TOURISM & LEISURE LTD ACQUISITION OF FLEETWOOD RV, COROMAL AND WINDSOR BRANDS

The Directors of Apollo Tourism & Leisure Ltd (ASX: ATL ) (“Apollo” or “the Company”) are pleased to announce the completion of its previously announced acquisition, of the brands Fleetwood RV, Coromal and Windsor and associated intellectual property, from Fleetwood Corporation Limited for a purchase price of $1.0 million.
