Changes to the Board

The directors are pleased to advise the following appointment.

Appointment of Non‐Executive Director Ms. Adrienne Parker

Adrienne Parker has been appointed to the Fleetwood Board as a non‐executive director, and will commence in the role on 23 August 2017.

Adrienne is a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright Australia and specialises in major project construction, engineering and resources projects and disputes for major engineering, infrastructure, mining and general construction projects.

Adrienne’s experience includes both domestic and international front end negotiations advising all parties on procurement strategies, risk assessment and management, and project delivery. Adrienne has also acted in many large scale complex disputes in mining, construction plants, and oil and gas facilities, and major commercial building and infrastructure projects.

Adrienne is the immediate past President of the WA Chapter of National Association of Women in Construction, Governing Board Member and Deputy Chair and Member of Remuneration and Nominations Committee of Perth Public Art Foundation, and Board Member of the UWA Centenary Trust.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4, Adrienne will receive $70,000 per annum in director fees. Adrienne will not be entitled to participate in any Fleetwood long or short term incentive plan, or receive a retirement allowance.

The directors take this opportunity to welcome Adrienne to the Board of Fleetwood.

Resignation of Non‐Executive Director Mr. Stephen Boyle

After having been appointed to the Fleetwood Board on 1 April 2017, Stephen Boyle has recently been appointed to the position of Deputy President of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Due to this appointment Stephen is unable to continue as a non‐executive director of Fleetwood and has tendered his resignation from the Board effective 31 August 2017.

Non‐Executive Chairman, Phillip Campbell said, “Stephen brought a wealth of experience in the area of construction law to the Board, and it is regrettable that Stephen’s tenure is unable to continue, however, the Board would like to congratulate Stephen on his recent appointment and wish him well in this very exciting opportunity.”
